Randee
W. Sekol
Randee began his career with Beyer-Barber in 1978. He is an Enrolled Actuary,
a Member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans, a
Member of the American Society of Pension Actuaries, and a Member of the
American Academy of Actuaries. He is also the Company's Chief Actuary
and serves as its CEO. Randee is a Consultant and actuary for some of
our largest multiemployer clients and has been our technical Multiemployer
Pension Plan Amendments Act expert since its inception in 1980. His experience
with these plans has led him to become one of a small group of pension
actuaries in the country with both court and arbitration experience dealing
with employer withdrawal liability created under MPPAA.
Randee
received his BS degree from the University of Scranton in 1975, was made
Vice-president of Beyer-Barber in 1984, CEO in 1991 and sole owner in
1996. As sole owner of the firm, Randee has the unquestioned authority
to directly respond to clients regarding any issue on behalf of the Company.
