 Many non-profit organizations, such as churches and hospitals, have
established pooled trust funds for various charitable or other purposes.
Contributions into and withdrawals from the fund must be tracked, reconciled
and posted. Also, earnings on the fund must be allocated to the participating
sub-accounts periodically. Since the tracking of activity and earnings
allocations form the basis of defined contribution administration, we have
found that our software (and experience) can be easily adapted for any
particular organization's customized record keeping needs.
As each type of fund and client in this area is unique, it is impossible to
provide a standardized list of services that we provide. However, we have not
had a request from a client that we could not eventually meet, with a little
time, patience, perseverance and programming effort.
