William H. Hildebrandt
Bill graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor degree in 1972 and immediately began his career in Pension Plan Administration. Since joining Beyer-Barber in 1986 as an actuarial assistant, he has progressed within the firm to Benefit Manager in 1988 and Consultant to Municipal Plan clients in 1991.

Bill personally delivers all municipal valuation reports to discuss and explain various aspects of each report to the municipal representatives. His philosophy is to communicate all the relevant facts and figures of any particular issue to the plan's municipal representatives to give them the ability to make informed decisions.
